Customer agrees that product designed by CREAMOUS are to be used under adult supervision only. Items on CREAMOUS products may detach from products and pose a choking risk or may be hazardous if swallowed.Cutomer agree that use of the service is entirely at customer's own risk.  Please directly supervise when using our hair accessories on infants and toddlers. 

Please supervise children while they are wearing CREAMOUS products. Do not allow children to play with beads/decoration any products in their mouths, because they may accidentally ingest or choke on them. Never suck or chew on the product or wear it to bed. Please keep your little ones safe! 

We strive to accurately display colors and provide precise descriptions of the products shown on our website. However, please note that the actual product you receive may differ slightly in color or character than seen on your monitor as there may exist color/clarity differences between one computer to another. All of our products are beautifully handcrafted and made to order. Please note that there may be small variances from the product photos, due to supplier changes etc... In the event that a small substitution is required, the substitution will always be equal or greater.
